Engineering Details and Our Integrated System Solution
In order to maximize process efficiency and minimize operational costs, a two-stage critical line was installed at the facility:
Precision Dosing and Feeding: Equipped with vacuum feeders, the 4 Polymer Preparation Units integrated into the system keep polymer loss close to zero. Operating in full synergy with our automation system, they deliver significant savings in chemical consumption.
High-Performance Dewatering: Serving as the core of the project, our 3 high-capacity Decanters reach maximum ultimate sludge cake dry solids content, powered by advanced engineering design and high centrifugal force.
