Heavy-Duty Decanter Architecture with High Flow Rate: Thanks to the hydrodynamic bowl and scroll design that effortlessly processes heavy olive paste loads reaching 1,000 tons per day, the remaining oil ratio in the pomace (waste phase) is minimized even at high flow rates.
Smart Automation and Flow Control:The automation system, which instantly optimizes the feed flow rate and differential speed (kW/torque) according to olive variety and paste viscosity, completely eliminates clogging and performance loss risks.
24/7 Uninterrupted Seasonal Performance: Equipped with heavy-duty bearings, chassis, and custom wear-protection armor, the equipment structure minimizes maintenance and downtime requirements throughout the intensive season.
